For the next 3 days we worked at “La Arboleda” the Green or “ Ecologico” country studio of Hector & Odalys Correa in Jovellanos between Matanzas & Varadero. Pursuing a goal of sustainable agriculture & self sufficiency, orchards of fruit and coffee surround the studios and the Correas generate a large part of their power through windmills and a methane powered generator.
