They included but were NOT LIMITED TO 1) Eliminating the weekly direct flight from Los Angeles; 2) Fewer flights in tiny planes from Miami; 3) Restricting the visits of the Cuban Families to once every three years; 4) Eliminating several categories of US travelers eligible for a general license; 5) Limiting luggage to 44lbs; 6) Limiting daily spending money in Cuba; 7) Eliminating the US dollar as the primary form of hard currency and 8) Effectively eliminating college exchange programs by establishing a 10 week minimum course requirement.
